After two years as a Lawyer, he started in 1995 as Information Architect and programmer, a role that would evolve into the User Experience profession and lately in Service Design and Innovation. During the last six years is working at Accenture Interactive, where is the Principal Director.

 

He has have grown among systems and engineering teams and set up design strategy teams to transform technology into experiences. Luis has worked inside organizations with different cultures as consultancy companies, agencies, start-ups and end clients. Today he is a Strategist and Experience Architect. He is also a speaker in academic and political fora about the impact of technology and society.

 

He has lived through the ups and downs of different digital waves across all industries with a strong focus in Banking and Insurance where he delivered strategic projects for several leading banks in Europe. He has set up teams, defined client-facing activities, designing new products and services and transforming their culture, technology, and internal processes.
