Nascarella is Founder of Ensfero. has almost 20 years of experience in publishing and training companies, with particular attention to digital penetration, online learning processes (e-learning, gamification, edutainment), and content curation. He shaped his editorial skills, adapting them to the world of professional education. Nascarella deals with instructional design and training management for large companies with the aim not only to create training courses, but to make them live. Nascarella is also an active collaborator of Renodo project and a participant in Readmagine meetings.

The father of two children studied at the Kepler University Linz, first worked in strategy and marketing, and then worked for many years as a media manager, consultant and media activist. Since last summer he joined the ambitious startup project Newsadoo and is responsible for the communication and the publishers.

 

Colin Lovrinovic is an Australian/German serial entrepreneur with a passion for new technology in media (and in general) – and having fun while making the world a more interesting place.

He is Managing Director at Gould Finch, the next generation data-driven management consulting firm that focuses on digital evolution and transformation across various industries. They work in holistic teams made up from industry experts, consultants, scientists and young talents – backed by innovative AI solutions.

Gould Finch has worked with a number of clients from the international publishing industry on projects including strategy, innovation and implementation of new technology.

Prior to Gould Finch, Colin worked for companies such as Amazon, Apple, Universal and Bastei Lübbe – one of Germany’s largest trade publishers. And successfully (and unsuccessfully) started companies in the digital media space.

He holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School, as well as an M.A. in Creative Industries Management and is an active member of the German Federal Association of Artificial Intelligence.

In that role, O’Leary wrote extensively about issues affecting the publishing industry. With Hugh McGuire, he co-edited Book: A Futurist’s Manifesto (O’Reilly Media, 2012). Before that, O’Leary served as senior VP with Hammond Inc. and oversaw production and distribution operations at several Time Inc. magazines. O’Leary earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and holds an A.B. in chemistry from Harvard College.
