Anna Lemp is Senior Project Manager for Business Development & Innovation at Hachette Livre, the world’s third-largest publishing group. In this role, she identifies growth opportunities, supports digital transformation, and fosters a culture of innovation across Hachette’s global imprints. She advises teams on emerging trends shaping the future of publishing—most recently AI—through research and presentations. She also develops and manages projects in response to these trends, connecting startups and major tech players with the right internal teams to drive innovation.
Carlos Rojas Urrutia is currently Head of Spanish Language Content at the Digital Publishing Division of Zebralution GmbH, a German distributor of audio and digital content. He is also a founding partner of Lecturable, a Mexican agency focused in designing strategies for the publishing industry. Prior to these activities, he was general manager of MVB América Latina, an international subsidiary of tools and solutions for the book industry related to the business area of the Frankfurter Buchmesse. He also collaborated in areas related to promotion and development of reading programs in various Mexican institutions, as well as in the Mexican bookstore chains of Fondo de Cultura Económica, Educal and Gandhi.
Rafa Luna was born in Barcelona (1985) and he holds a degree in Humanities. His true passion for books has lead him to build his professional career in the publishing industry, developing a global vision of the business thanks to the different positions and areas he has worked on. He’s the founder of the comic publishing house La mansión en llamas, he’s collaborated with Editorial Salamandra and Penguin Random House, and he’s the current Director of Marketing and Digital Business at Editorial Anagrama.
Jeremy Wang-Iverson (New York, 1980) is the founder and principal of Vesto, a literary publicity and marketing agency that works closely with authors and publishers to support the publication of new books. Vesto’s clients (past and present) include the Association of University Presses, Farrar, Straus and Giroux, Goethe-Institut, Granta Magazine, and The New Press, among others. Jeremy began his publishing career in 2005, working for several trade and academic publishers, including Princeton University Press, Bloomsbury Publishing, and Oxford University Press, before starting Vesto in 2017, when he moved from New York to Barcelona with his family. He is also interested in supporting Catalan and Spanish authors, agents, and publishers to find US and UK publishers for their books and increasing the work’s visibility in English. Antonio J. Rodríguez is founding partner and creative director of rrefugio, a digital strategy agency dedicated to the publishing industry. For more than five years he was editor-in-chief and co-director of content at PlayGround, and later worked as a political communications consultant and independent creative director for major brands. He has been editor at Caballo de Troya. He is also the author of books such as El Dios celoso (Debate, 2024), La nueva masculinidad de siempre (Anagrama, 2020) and Candidato (Random House, 2018).
Danaé Tourrand-Viciana is editorial director for Editions Leduc. After studying Political Science and Publishing, she started her career in translated fiction. With a strong taste for upmarket women’s fiction, she joined Leduc in 2018 to handle fiction Imprint Editions Charleston. Since 2020 she is also editorial director for Editions Alisio, a non fiction imprint dedicated to big idea books and out of the box thinkers, and launched in 2022 Editions Nami, dedicated to healing fiction.
Throughout the years, she has published a strong list of renown authors such as Lucinda Riley, Kate Morton, Taylor Jenkins Reid, Rebecca Yaros, Rupi Kaur, Min Jin Lee, Jenny Colgan, Michiko Aoyama, Robert Greene, Adam Grant, Susan Cain, Ben MacIntyre – as well as established a strong list of French authors, including best-seller phenomenon Marie Vareille.

Alessandro is Chief Digital Officer at Feltrinelli Group, a leading book publisher and retailer in Italy and Spain. He has twenty years of experience in Media, Publishing, and Entertainment. He has built his career both in Italy and in the United States, working for companies such as GeMS/Gruppo editoriale Mauri Spagnol, Class Editori, Global Finance, and FilmMaster/Torino 2006 Olympics. Expert in the creation, development, and monetization of digital content, he has led numerous innovation projects. Currently, his focus is on the application of AI, specifically Generative AI, at Feltrinelli.
He holds a degree in Media Studies from the University of Bologna, and has completed three Master’s degrees in Cultural Management, Marketing, and Artificial Intelligence, as well as a Global EMBA developed jointly by LSE, NYU Stern, and HEC Paris.
Stéphanie Simonin is the Sales and Marketing Director at Bayard Jeunesse Audio, a division of Bayard Group, a prominent French media company with a strong presence in children’s media. Bayard Group boasts an impressive portfolio, including magazines enjoyed by 10 million readers each month, the publication of 800 new children’s titles annually, engaging digital content, and captivating TV animations. Stéphanie’s journey with Bayard spans 20 years, during which she has played a significant part in various aspects of the company’s growth, including marketing, licensing, brand management, and business development in both print and digital domains. She is now happily dedicated to playing a role in shaping Bayard Audio’s success story.
Pietro Biancardi worked for the publishing house Il Saggiatore and was a consultant for several other imprints before joining in 2009 Iperborea, an independent publishing house founded in 1987 by his mother Emilia Lodigiani and specialized in Northern European literature. Since 2014, when he became the publisher, Iperborea launched I Miniborei, a series of childrens’ literature, The Passengermagazine, Cose Spiegate Bene magazine, L’Integrale magazine, the series of international narrative non-fiction I Corvi, and the non-fiction imprint Altrecose, in collaboration with Il Post, the festival of Nordic culture I Boreali. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Libreria Verso, a bookshop and bar, and co-founder of the restaurant Trattoria della Gloria, both in Milan.
Marco Ferrario is a pioneer in the digital publishing industry in Italy, with a broad international network and vision. He was the founder of Bookrepublic in Italy in 2009, after 16 years spent at Mondadori in charge of the new media department and of some book imprints. Over the years, Bookrepublic became a leading player in the ebook and audiobook distribution, an independent ebook store in the Italian market and an agency managing the global digital communication for the Bologna Children’s Book Fair. In 2017, in addition to Bookrepublic, Marco also joined Storytel as country manager developing the local audio business from scratch and getting in charge of other markets including Germany and France in 2022 before leaving the company in April 2024. Presently, he is Director for Bookwire in Italy, after the German international digital distributor decided to enter the Italian market through the acquisition the distribution business of Bookrepublic. Besides this, he is now CEO of Narae, a new venture in partnership with Mondadori to expand the webnovels market in Europe through the upcoming launch of an app to access, purchase and read this type of content on everyone’s smartphones.
